Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Understand job requirements and hiring needs
2\. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media,
and networking
3\. Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
4\. Conduct initial HR interviews
5\. Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
6\. Work towards achieving assigned monthly hiring targets
7\. Maintain and update a strong candidate database/talent pool for future
hiring needs
