Video Editing/Making - Internship

As a Video Editor & Video Making Intern at Aviz Healthcare, you will be

responsible for creating engaging, informative, and high-impact video content

for digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and branding

team to transform ideas into compelling videos that educate users, promote

services, and build trust in the Aviz Healthcare brand.

Key Responsibilities

1 .Video Making & Editing

Shoot, edit, and produce videos for social media, ads, app promotions, and

brand campaigns.

Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube,

explainers).

Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and music where

required.

Ensure videos follow brand guidelines, design systems, and quality standards.

2\. Creative & Design Thinking

Apply design thinking to convert marketing objectives into creative video

concepts.

Follow Aviz Healthcare's design system for consistency in colors, fonts, tone,

and visuals.

Bring fresh ideas using creative thinking and creative direction.

Contribute to concept development, storyboards, and visual narratives.

3\. Storytelling & Creative Writing

Assist in writing video scripts, hooks, captions, and storytelling formats.

Convert healthcare information into simple, engaging, and user-friendly video

stories.

Create emotional, educational, and problem-solution-based content.

4\. Video Marketing & Branding

Create videos aligned with performance marketing, brand awareness, and growth

campaigns.

Optimize content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and in-app usage.

Support brand positioning through consistent visual and narrative

storytelling.

Work on trending formats, viral hooks, and healthcare awareness content.

5\. Content Research & Strategy Support

Conduct market and competitor research to identify video trends and content

gaps.

Analyze audience behavior and suggest improvements in content style and

format.

Support content planning and calendars with video-first ideas.

6\. Content Editing & Marketing Support

Edit content created by anchors, doctors, staff, or influencers.

Repurpose long-form videos into short clips and ads.

Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketers to ensure message

clarity.
