Hotel Management (Operations) - Internship

Manage and update menu listings across delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zomato,

etc.), ensuring accuracy in pricing, availability, and item descriptions.

Monitor and manage incoming orders on aggregator platforms for smooth and

timely processing.

Coordinate and assist in packing orders efficiently while maintaining quality

and hygiene standards.

Track and manage daily stock levels of ingredients and packaging materials,

and report shortages or reorder needs.

Support day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure timely service and smooth

workflow.

Maintain operational records including order logs, wastage reports, and stock

updates.
