About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive **Growth & Outreach

Intern** to work directly with the Founder of **Multiplier AI Limited**.

In this role, you will support daily outreach and coordination across Multiplier AI** and our export-focused platform **TerraSourcing.

You will play a key role in speeding up:

* Meetings with pharma leaders and global stakeholders

* Outreach and follow-ups for **TerraSourcings exporter community**

* Guest invitations and scheduling for the _Pharma Marketing Playbook_ podcast

* Timely email responses, coordination, and calendar management

You will also gain hands-on exposure to **AI tools, founder workflows, and

strategic decision-making** a rare opportunity to work directly with a fast-

growing founder.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Meeting & Calendar Management

* Schedule **24 meetings per day** (15 minutes each) with prospects, partners, podcast guests, and stakeholders.

* Maintain an error-free and conflict-free calendar.

* Send meeting invitations, reminders, and follow-up notes.

2\. Outreach & Follow-Ups

* Manage daily outreach emails/messages on behalf of the founder.

* Write high-quality, professional responses (training provided).

* Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients, partners, exporters, and associations.

* Track outreach progress and maintain an updated pipeline.

3\. Podcast Guest Coordination

* Identify and shortlist potential podcast guests (CXOs, founders, experts).

* Send invitations, coordinate availability, and finalize recording slots.

* Maintain smooth communication with all guests.

4\. TerraSourcing Platform Support

* Support outreach to exporters, councils, and trade bodies.

* Help coordinate training sessions, webinars, and platform-led activities.

* Assist in lead communication, follow-ups, and onboarding workflows.

5\. Research & Strategy Assistance

* Conduct quick research on companies, influencers, markets, and trends.

* Prepare meeting briefs and talking points.

* Assist in drafting short proposals, outreach messages, and content templates.

6\. AI-Enabled Productivity

* Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and automations for:

* Drafting and refining emails

* Lead research

* Scheduling workflows

* Tracking tasks

* Preparing content summaries
