Key Responsibilities:

opportunities.

2\. Collaborate with the R&D team to align product development with customer

needs and feedback.

3\. Assist in building and maintaining a customer database to support

marketing and sales activities.

4\. Work closely with the digital marketing team to support content creation

and ensure brand consistency.

5\. Contribute to SEO and SEM initiatives to enhance online visibility and

lead generation.

6\. Develop and manage marketing materials and promotional content to

strengthen brand presence.

7\. Analyze performance data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and recommend

improvements.

8\. Write blogs, website content, and case studies for our SaaS products.

9\. Draft software documentation, including SRS and user manuals.

10\. Collaborate with development and design teams on live projects.

11\. Learn how strategic content supports product growth and brand

communication.
