Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1 - Handle general customer contacts in a contact centre environment across
multiple products or propositions.
2 - Ensure smooth completion of the Video Conference Identification Process
(VCIP) for KYC verification.
3 - Provide exceptional customer service during face-to-face interactions to
expedite onboarding.
4 - Perform Customer Due Diligence in alignment with established SOP
guidelines.
5 - Maintain awareness and mitigation of operational risks, ensuring accurate
identification and reporting.
6 - Support compliance culture by adhering to HSBC's internal controls and
regulatory standards.
7 - Collaborate with colleagues while upholding HSBC's core values of being
Open, Connected, and Dependable.
8 - Address audit issues and regulatory requirements promptly, ensuring
process integrity.
