Architecture - Internship

As an Architecture intern at Backbenchers Realty Private Limited, you will
have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain valuable hands-on
experience in the field. Your knowledge of Google SketchUp, Autodesk 3ds Max,
Lumion, BIM (Building Information Modeling), AutoCAD, and Rendering will be
put to good use as you assist our team of architects in designing and
visualizing various structures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior architects to create detailed models and
renderings using Google SketchUp, Autodesk 3ds Max, Twinmotion, CORONA and
Lumion.
2. Assist in the development of BIM (Building Information Modeling) for
construction projects.
3. Utilize AutoCAD to draft architectural plans and make necessary revisions.
4. Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase design
concepts.
5. Conduct research on new architectural trends and technologies to stay
updated in the field.
6. Support the team in project management tasks and coordination with
contractors and vendors.
7. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervising
architect to enhance your learning experience.
