Architecture - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop detailed architectural drawings & documentation using ArchiCAD &
AutoCAD.
2. Review and interpret drawings for both design & estimation purposes.
3. Prepare cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment, overheads) and
perform take-offs.
4. Ensure compliance with the USA & Australian building codes and standards.
5. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers for accurate
deliverables.
6. Support cost optimization and value-engineering during the design phase.
7. Collaborate directly with international clients and participate in virtual
project reviews.
