Architecture - Internship

Are you a passionate and driven Architecture student looking to translate
academic knowledge into real-world experience in luxury prefab and designer
spaces? Designer Mulberry Spaces Pvt Ltd invites highly motivated candidates
to apply for a 4-6 month internship with our Design and Project Team. This
internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-end projects and
gain hands-on exposure to both the creative and technical facets of the
building industry.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

The selected intern will work directly under senior architects and designers,
focusing on the following core areas:

A. Conceptual Design and Visualization:
1. Assisting the design team in the conceptual development of new luxury home
and villa models.
2. Creating detailed 3D models and renderings for client presentations and
internal design reviews using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD,
SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion).
3. Supporting material research and selection for high-end finishes and
prefabricated components.

B. Planning and Presentation Support:
1. Preparing and refining architectural plans (layouts, sections, elevations)
suitable for submission and execution.
2. Assisting in the preparation of high-impact client presentations by
organizing drawings, boards, and digital media to clearly communicate design
intent.
3. Ensuring all planning documents adhere to relevant building codes and
zoning regulations.

C. Site Exposure and Practical Learning:
1. Participating in regular site visits to ongoing prefab and construction
projects to observe the implementation of design details and construction
progress.
2. Documenting site progress through photography and reports and helping to
compare as-built conditions against design drawings.

D. Technical and Quantity Surveying Exposure:
1. Performing accurate calculations of built-up area, carpet area, and
FAR/FSI for various design proposals and submissions.
2. Being mentored and given the opportunity to learn the practical process of
quantity calculation (BOQ - Bill of Quantities) for structural, finishing, and
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components, connecting design
decisions directly to project costs.
