AI Voice Bot Testing - Internship

Humanyse is building an AI voice bot that helps with HR tasks and student
counselling support. We are looking for enthusiastic college students who can
help us test the bot, try different conversation scenarios, and give feedback
on how well it works. No technical background is required just curiosity,
clear communication, and a willingness to try things out and share honest
feedback.

A. Test the Voice Bot
1. Talk to the AI voice bot using different situations (like student queries,
counselling questions, or basic HR questions).
2. Follow simple scripts or try out your own questions.
3. Check if the bot responds clearly, correctly, and politely.

B. Observe & Record Results
1. Note how well the bot understands you.
2. Check if the answers make sense.
3. Identify moments where the bot gets confused or stuck.

C. Share Feedback
1. Write short reports on what worked well and what didn't.
2. Suggest improvements in simple language no technical terms needed.
3. Report any errors or strange responses you notice.

D. Work With the Team
1. Join weekly meetings to share your findings.
2. Help our team understand how students might use the bot in real life.
