AI System Development & Automation - Internship

Fast Action Claims is a rapidly growing claims management business
specializing in handling irresponsible lending complaints on behalf of
clients. We're now developing an AI-powered automation system to revolutionize
how we manage client data, communication, and claims processes through smart
integration of AI, CRM, and automation tools.

We are looking for a motivated AI System Development & Automation Intern to
assist in building, integrating, and maintaining our next-generation AI Call
Centre System. You'll be working on the development of an AI-integrated
automation ecosystem connecting:

1. CRM: GoHighLevel
2. Automation Platforms: n8n, Zapier
3. Hosting & Backend: Hostinger
4. Data Management: Google Sheets / Google Drive
5. AI Services: OpenAI API, Retail AI tools
6. Voice Automation: AI Call Centre bots (incoming & outgoing calls)
7. Your role will focus on designing intelligent workflows, setting up AI
chat/call bots, and ensuring smooth integration between all platforms.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in building and integrating AI call bots for inbound and outbound
communication.
2. Develop and automate workflows between GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, and
Google Sheets.
3. Set up and maintain APIs for OpenAI, Retail AI, and other automation
tools.
4. Build backend connections and manage hosting configurations on Hostinger.
5. Collaborate with the team to implement AI-based CRM automations for lead
management and customer support.
6. Test, monitor, and optimize AI workflows for efficiency and scalability.
7. Document processes, integrations, and automation structures.
