AI Agent Development - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research & Model Selection - Analyze, identify, and evaluate suitable
Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Models, or Multi-modal Models applicable
to the company's problem domain.
2. Data Preparation - Identify, collect, clean, label, and augment datasets
required for model training and fine-tuning.
3. Model Training & Optimization - Train, fine-tune, and benchmark LLMs or
vision models to improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency for specific
use cases.
4. Integration & Deployment - Design and implement deployment strategies for
trained models, enabling real-time or batch inference; explore continuous
learning or live training pipelines.
5. Agentic Systems Design - Build and test autonomous AI agents capable of
task planning, tool usage, and reasoning using frameworks such as LangChain,
CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenDevin.
6. Cloud & Infrastructure - Utilize Gen AI services on cloud platforms (AWS,
Azure, GCP, etc.) for model deployment, orchestration, and scalability.
7. Experimentation & Evaluation - Conduct experiments with prompt
engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and vector databases to
enhance contextual understanding.
8. Collaboration - Work closely with product and engineering teams to
integrate Agentic AI capabilities into real-world applications.
9. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain detailed documentation of datasets,
experiments, model configurations, and outcomes.
