2\. Lead influencer marketing with a strategic lens (not just outreach &
posting)
3\. Comfortably switch between planner and creator, and isn't afraid to get in
front of the camera when needed
4\. Spot trends early and react fast with smart, relevant content
5\. Manage on-ground activations, shoots, and events with agility
