Human Resources (HR) - Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team.

This internship offers hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and

Recruitment, providing you with an opportunity to learn and contribute to the

end-to-end hiring process. Successful performers during the internship may be

offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Key Responsibilities

-Assist in Talent Acquisition activities, including sourcing and shortlisting candidates.

-Draft and publish job postings across various platforms.

-Support in screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules.

-Provide assistance in candidate communication and follow-ups.

-Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment drives and hiring initiatives.

-Maintain recruitment databases and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements

-Open to students from all degree backgrounds; graduates are preferred.

-Strong interest in HR and Talent Acquisition.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
