Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Be the main point of contact for parents/students pre & post-admission for
support and updates.
2. Handle queries, complaints, and feedback with quick resolution and polite
communication.
3-. Improve retention by ensuring a smooth student experience (attendance,
test updates, notices).
4. Coordinate internally to solve issues (academics, operations, accounts).
5. Track recurring issues and propose improvements to reduce escalations.
6. Counsel parents & Students about various career options available after
11th, 12th science/commerce/arts/diploma
7. Explain the services and coaching information provided by Suresh Danis
science classes to parents and students and finally negotiate fees with them.
