Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage day-to-day office administration and correspondence.
2. Maintain society records, registers, and official documents.
3. Schedule and coordinate board/committee meetings.
4. Prepare and circulate notices, agendas, and minutes.
5. Assist in compliance filings with statutory authorities.
6. Handle petty cash, bills, and vendor payments.
7. Oversee office supplies, inventory, and logistics.
8. Provide administrative support for society projects and events.
9. Act as the first point of contact for members and external stakeholders.
10. Support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
