Administration, HR & Operations - Internship

We are looking for a smart, proactive, detail-oriented intern who can support
our day-to-day operations across ticketing, travel coordination, HR tasks,
community management, and founder assistance. This is a great opportunity for
someone who wants hands-on experience in operations, people management, and
marketing/automation workflows.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Manage ticketing and travel bookings (bus/train/flights) for 2-3
employees.
2. Maintain travel logs and expense entries on Google Sheets.
3. Assist the founder with P&L updates, reporting, and basic data entry.
4. Handle HR tasks - employee records, leave tracker, onboarding
coordination.
5. Support admin work - follow-ups, vendor coordination, documentation.
6. Manage WhatsApp and community groups - send messages, track responses,
update sheets.
7. Execute simple communications: reminders, follow-ups, announcements.
8. Take action-based tasks from the founder and complete them on time.
