Academic Personal Mentor - Internship

We are looking for motivated and academically strong individuals from India's
tier-1 institutes (IISER, IIT, IISc, ISI, CMI, etc.) to join us as 'Academic
Personal Mentor.' As an academic personal mentor, you will be responsible for
guiding students academically, explaining concepts through live sessions, and
providing personalized study support. This is an excellent opportunity for
scholars and alumni passionate about mentoring, and shaping the next
generation of researchers and scientists.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Design and manage courses in demand, specific to your subject area -
define syllabus, duration, schedule and features.
2. Conduct one-on-one or small-group live mentorship sessions with students.
3. Explain subject concepts, create and conduct mock tests, share PYQs etc.
In short ensure coverage of features committed to the student during the
course launch.
4. Share personalized performance feedback and study plans with each student.
5. Motivate and guide students on academic planning, time management etc.
6. Maintain consistent communication and uphold SciAstra's standards of
academic quality and ethics.
