2\. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify potential

candidates.

3\. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and

requirements.

4\. Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating the hiring process.

5\. Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.

6\. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract a

diverse pool of candidates.

7\. Contribute to the overall success of our HR department and help us build a

strong team of dedicated professionals.
