Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Human Resources Operations
1\. Talent Acquisition: Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including
screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and executing the onboarding process
for new hires.
2\. Employee Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR
documentation.
3\. Development & Relations: Support talent management initiatives by
organizing training sessions and assisting with basic employee relations and
guidance.
B. Accounting & Administrative Support
1\. Payroll & Compensation: Provide crucial assistance with payroll processing
and compensation management tasks.
2\. Account Management: Support foundational key account management activities
that drive our internal entrepreneurial growth programs.
3\. Data Integrity: Utilize MS-Excel, MS-Word, and other MS-Office tools to
accurately maintain HR and financial records.
