Business Development Intern (Commission-Based)

We are looking for a driven Business Development Intern who is interested in
working on a commission-only model for the Global market. This role is ideal
for someone who is confident with outreach, lead conversion, and closing
deals, and wants to earn purely based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients in the Global market
Pitch services and qualify leads via calls, emails, or LinkedIn
Close deals and hand over confirmed clients to the core team
Maintain basic tracking of outreach and closures
Compensation
Commission-based pay only
Potential to earn up to 1,00,000 per month (or more) based on successful
closures
No earning cap performance-driven payouts
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfort working independently and remotely
Willingness to work in a flexible, part-time internship setup
Prior sales, outreach, or BD exposure is a plus (not mandatory)
