Front End Development - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Develop and maintain responsive React/Next.js features with TypeScript and
Tailwind CSS, implementing dashboards and interactive interfaces.
2\. Debug and resolve frontend issues, participate in code reviews, and
contribute to code quality and performance improvements.
3\. Integrate frontend with backend services using SDKs and Tan Stack Query
for efficient state management.
4\. Collaborate on feature planning, translate design requirements, write
documentation, assist with testing and quality assurance, and participate in
team meetings.

We're building Hatch - a social networking platform for Gen Z (15-22 year olds) that solves the isolation problem young people face while learning, growing, and figuring out their careers. Think accountability pods, live sessions, and real communities - not another passive scroll-feed. We're a small, early-stage team working out of a founder house, moving fast toward our public launch in March 2025. If you want a sanitized corporate experience, this isn't it. If you want to actually build something that ships to real users - and learn more in 3 months than most people do in a year - we should talk. What we're building: Real-time communication infrastructure (WebRTC, P2P). Community and social features for young Indians. A product that doesn't treat Gen Z like they need hand-holding.
