Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Handle end-to-end recruitment for in-house roles
2\. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
3\. Maintain attendance, leave, and HR records
4\. Coordinate payroll and salary processing
5\. Manage HR documentation, offer letters, and exit formalities
6\. Work with HR software/tools for employee data and attendance
7\. Support employee engagement and internal communication
8\. Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
