Mechanical Engineering - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Meeting with clients and design teams to determine mechanical applications

and requirements.

2\. Conducting research to inform the design and engineering methods required

for the mechanical systems.

3\. Planning and executing mechanical designs using cad, cam and 3d cad

programs.

4\. Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and

refine the designs.

5\. Overseeing the development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for

testing.

6\. Documenting the design process, iterations and test analytics.

7\. Managing project timelines, resources and budgets.

8\. Liaising with clients, designers, engineers and manufacturers to ensure

coherence.

9\. Preparing technical reports, design specification documents and

operational manuals.

10\. Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, design trends

and engineering best practices.

An ideal candidate must be/must have:

1\. BE/B. Tech/ME/M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

2\. 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.

3\. Experience and hands on with design tools like Creo, SolidWorks,

Windchill.

4\. Understanding of medical domain and clinical setting.

5\. Skilled in interpreting design, analyzing and doing DFM, DFI, materials

and manufacturing.

6\. Working level of GD&T and tolerance analysis.

7\. Must have effective communication skills.

8\. Passion to lead self, believe in driving growth by initiatives and a team

player.
