Operations - Internship

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 'Operations Intern' to

support our fast-growing gifting brand. You will play a key role in managing

daily D2C and B2B operations, handling orders, coordinating deliveries,

monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth execution across logistics and

warehousing. This role offers real startup exposure - you will learn, execute,

and take ownership while working closely with our sales & fulfillment teams.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Order & Fulfillment Management (D2C & B2B):

1\. Process incoming D2C & bulk B2B orders

2\. Coordinate packaging & dispatch to ensure timely delivery

3\. Track shipment status and follow up with logistics partners

4\. Maintain records of orders, returns, and delivery timelines

B. Inventory & Warehouse Operations:

1\. Maintain accurate stock counts & update inventory sheets

2\. Assist in managing warehouse operations & packaging workflow

3\. Ensure stock availability & coordinate with suppliers when required

4\. Work on Zoho Inventory/similar tools to update stock & order status

C. Customer & Sales Coordination:

1\. Provide responsive customer support and delivery updates

2\. Resolve order-related queries and manage customer feedback

3\. Work closely with the sales team to process corporate/bulk orders

4\. Share daily updates & activity reports

D. Operational Efficiency & Growth:

1\. Participate in cross-functional process improvement tasks

2\. Suggest ideas to streamline packaging, logistics, and customer experience
