Inside Sales - Internship

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social outreach,
and inbound inquiries
Engage prospects including schools, educators, institutions, parents, and
learners
Schedule and conduct virtual product demos of EdTech platforms, digital
content, and learning tools
Understand customer requirements and map them to suitable EdTech solutions
Maintain and update lead data, demo feedback, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Nurture leads through regular follow-ups and pipeline management
Work closely with the sales closure team to hand overqualified leads
Track demo performance, conversion rates, and lead quality
Meet daily activity goals (calls, emails, demos) and monthly pipeline targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to confidently conduct online demos and presentations
Experience in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet,
MS Teams)
Ability to understand and explain EdTech products clearly
High energy, target-driven, and disciplined follow-up approach
