Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Handling the complete internship program for the company - from posting
openings to hiring, onboarding, and managing all interns.
2\. Coordinating and supervising interns across technical, business,
marketing, and operations profiles.
3\. Assigning daily and weekly tasks to interns and monitoring progress using
Google Sheets and Trello.
4\. Collecting daily work logs, checking proof of work, and preparing
consolidated performance reports.
5\. Conducting quick interviews, shortlisting suitable candidates, and
maintaining a pipeline of backup interns.
6\. Replacing non-performing interns promptly to ensure consistent staffing.
7\. Coordinating with the 'Tech & Logistics Support' intern for onboarding,
access setup, and documentation.
8\. Conducting weekly review meetings, tracking attendance, and maintaining
discipline among interns.
9\. Submitting a daily end-of-day report and weekly summary to the CEO.
10\. Ensuring zero tolerance for dual work, delays, or misconduct among
interns.
