Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
1\. Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms,
screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
2\. Onboarding Assistance: Help new hires with the onboarding process,
including preparing orientation materials and facilitating their integration
into the team.
3\. Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, HR
databases, and document files.
4\. Administrative Tasks: Provide support in preparing HR-related reports,
managing office supplies, and organizing employee events.
5\. Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing team-building activities and
employee feedback sessions.
6\. HR Best Practices: Learn and apply best practices in recruitment, employee
relations, and compliance with labor laws.
