Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Deliver L1/L2 support for hardware, software, network devices, and
Microsoft 365 tools.
2\. Install, configure, and maintain desktops/laptops, peripherals, operating
systems, updates, and antivirus solutions.
3\. Manage and administer user access within Active Directory and Microsoft
365.
4\. Support the HIMS application, perform basic software testing, and
troubleshoot issues using MS SQL Server (queries/log reviews).
5\. Maintain IT asset records, update logs, and coordinate with vendors to
ensure timely issue resolution.
