Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Content Creation & Planning:

1\. Assisting in creating engaging posts, stories, and reels for Instagram,

LinkedIn, and other platforms.

2\. Supporting in planning monthly social media calendars and campaign ideas.

3\. Coordinating with the design team for creatives, videos, and promotional

materials.

B. Campaign Support:

1\. Helping execute digital campaigns and contests (e.g., Mutual Fund Olympiad

promotions).

2\. Monitoring post-performance, engagement rates, and reach metrics.

3\. Researching trending hashtags, audio, and formats to boost visibility.

C. Influencer & Community Engagement:

1\. Identifying and reaching out to potential influencers and partners.

2\. Managing communication and coordinating collaborations.

3\. Engaging with followers - responding to comments, DMs, and community

queries.

D. Analytics & Reporting:

1\. Tracking key social media metrics (followers, engagement, clicks).

2\. Preparing weekly performance reports and sharing insights for improvement.

E. Market Research:

1\. Researching competitors, trending topics, and content ideas relevant to

finance, education, and youth engagement.
