Telecalling - Internship

As an intern, you will support our operations and customer communication
processes during the US Tax Filing season.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Customer Communication Support:
1\. Make follow-up calls to customers and collect the required details
2\. Explain basic information about our services
3\. Assist customers in understanding the document submission process
4\. Maintain polite and professional communication at all times
2\. Lead Management:
1\. Update lead information in our system/CRM
2\. Tag and categorize leads (new, follow-up required, converted, etc.)
3\. Coordinate with the telecalling and tax preparation teams for next steps
3\. Document Coordination:
1\. Guide clients on uploading necessary tax documents
2\. Check if uploaded documents are complete and readable
3\. Communicate missing information to clients
4\. Operational Assistance:
1\. Support the backend team with status updates
2\. Prepare basic reports on client progress and daily activity
3\. Help with data entry, filing logs, and record management
5\. Learning & Training:
1\. Participate in training sessions on US tax filing basics
2\. Understand FINVO's workflow, tools, and communication practices
3\. Learn professionalism, customer handling, and time-bound execution
6\. Team Collaboration:
1\. Coordinate with staff, CA team, and telecalling team
2\. Communicate issues or escalations promptly
3\. Maintain confidentiality of all client data
