Business Development (Sales) - Internship
Grab Up Events
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Lead generation: Researching and identifying potential exhibitors for
upcoming trade shows using industry directories and social media.
2\. Cold calling: Reaching out to potential clients to introduce Grab Up
Events and pitch our exhibition stall design and fabrication services.
3\. Lead management: Maintaining a daily updated database in Google
Sheets/Excel with details like client requirements, contact person, and status
of the call.
4\. Meeting coordination: Scheduling virtual or face-to-face meetings between
interested leads and the Founder for final negotiations.
5\. Follow-up execution: Consistently following up with potential leads
through calls and emails to ensure high conversion rates.
6\. Operational support: Assisting in sending company portfolios and basic
quotations to clients and coordinating logistics for event sites when needed.
7\. Daily reporting: Submitting a daily progress report (DSR) highlighting the
number of calls made and the number of qualified leads generated.
