Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling

interviews, and conducting initial screenings.

2\. Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and

development programs for teachers

3\. Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with new

hire information.

4\. Support the HR team in performance management processes, including

conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to teachers

5\. Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure

compliance with company policies and regulations.

6\. Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and

events to foster a positive work culture.

7\. Assist in various HR projects, such as conducting research on best HR

practices and creating HR reports.
