Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Planning and posting 5-7 Instagram stories per day that showcase real

hostel life, guest moments, and local experiences.

2\. Utilizing Canva/Capcut templates and interactive stickers (polls, quizzes,

questions) to drive story engagement.

3\. Setting up and optimizing our Instagram and YouTube pages, including

updating bios, highlight covers, playlists, community tabs, booking links, and

other branding elements for a polished, professional presence.

4\. Designing and posting 4-5 feed posts per week (carousels, photo drops,

behind-the-scenes).

5\. Creating and uploading 3-4 reels/short format videos per week.

6\. Assisting with YouTube uploads (long-format videos and shorts).

7\. Coordinating and communicating with property teams for content

requirements, planning, and other functional needs.

8\. Responding to DMs and comments, keeping the community engaged.

9\. Aligning the content calendar with property events and brand goals.

10\. Drive organic engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Phase 1 - Setup (Weeks 1-2):

1\. Post 5-7 Instagram Stories/day and help with post design using Canva

templates

2\. Set up and optimize our Instagram & YouTube pages (bios, highlights,

links, playlists, etc.)

Phase 2 - Execution (Weeks 3-8):

1\. Drive organic engagement

2\. Post 4-5 Instagram feed posts/week + 3-4 Reels/week

3\. Assist with YouTube video uploads and Shorts

4\. Coordinate with on-ground property teams for content needs

5\. Respond to DMs/comments and manage community interactions

6\. Keep the content calendar synced with events and seasons

Phase 3 - Growth (Months 3-4):

1\. Continue all daily content tasks

2\. Develop and manage an influencer collaboration plan

3\. Track weekly stats, propose new campaigns, and report on outcomes
