Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and communication-strong fresher to

join us as an Associate - Growth & Business Development. This role is ideal

for PGDM / MBA / BBA students or fresh graduates (0-1 year experience) who

want to build a career in AI, IT services, and technology sales.

You will work closely with senior leadership, pre-sales, and delivery teams to

support business growth, client outreach, and proposal activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support lead generation and prospect identification through market research

and LinkedIn outreach

Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and meeting coordination

Learn and support proposal preparation, pitch decks, and basic SoW

documentation

Engage with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls

Maintain lead and opportunity data using CRM tools

Work with internal teams to understand AI and IT service offerings

Support sales reporting and pipeline tracking

Actively participate in training, mentoring sessions, and sales strategy

discussions

Eligibility & Qualifications

0-1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome)

MBA / PGDM / BBA (Sales, Marketing, IT, or related specialization preferred)

Excellent verbal and written English communication

Confident, presentable, and quick learner

Strong interest in AI, IT services, and technology-driven businesses

Willingness to work from office (Mumbai)

Basic understanding of sales or marketing concepts
