Title: Global Recruiter

Monthly Stipend: 15k-30k

Type: 6-month Internship (In office, 6 days/week)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Support end-to-end recruitment workflows for US-based hiring

2\. Source and evaluate candidates for niche tech and non-tech roles

3\. Manage candidate pipelines, communication, and interview coordination

4\. Maintain structured databases and recruitment trackers

5\. Deliver an excellent candidate experience

6\. Assist with documentation, reporting, and operational tasks

7\. Use modern recruitment systems and AI tools to optimize searches
