Sales & Customer Support - Internship

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales executive to promote

and sell our drones, drone processing and drone data analytics software, and

related solutions. The role involves working with individual customers,

businesses, and institutional clients, understanding their needs, and offering

the right products and components. This position is ideal for someone who

enjoys technology, sales, and building long-term customer relationships.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Identify and develop new customers for drones and drone components

2\. Promote products such as UAVs, frames, motors, batteries, sensors,

controllers, and accessories

3\. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable drone solutions

4\. Generate leads through calls, emails, visits, demos, and events

5\. Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations when required

6\. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

7\. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat

business

8\. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

9\. Coordinate with technical and operations teams for order fulfillment

10\. Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback

11\. Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM or tracking tools

12\. Support ad-hoc sales, marketing, or business development initiatives as

required in a startup setup

13\. Handle customer calls on general inquires & handling customer's tech

related issues

14\. Prepare and issue purchase related, product related documents to

customers
