Fashion Design - Internship

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Fashion Designer Intern to

support our design team in developing apparel collections for e-commerce and

retail platforms. The intern will gain hands-on experience in design

development, sampling coordination, and trend research while working closely

with the merchandising and production teams.

Responsibilities:

1\. Assist in creating design concepts, sketches, and mood boards

2\. Support in developing seasonal collections and new styles

3\. Conduct trend research for fabrics, colours, silhouettes, and prints

4\. Help with fabric selection, trims, and colour matching

5\. Coordinate with sampling, production, and sourcing teams

6\. Maintain design documentation and style libraries

7\. Support photoshoots and catalogue preparation when required

Requirements

1\. Fashion design student or recent graduate

2\. Basic knowledge of garment construction and fabrics

3\. Ability to sketch (hand or digital)

4\. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop is a plus

5\. Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail

6\. Willingness to learn and take feedback

Preferred Skills:

1\. Understanding of women's / men's / kids' wear (as applicable)

2\. Knowledge of e-commerce fashion trends

3\. Exposure to CAD or pattern-making tools
