UX Research/User Research - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Conduct user interviews (online/offline) to understand user needs,

behaviors, and financial pain points.

2\. Prepare interview questionnaires, discussion guides, and surveys.

3\. Interact with users from different demographics and financial backgrounds.

4\. Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative research data.

5\. Identify recurring patterns, user pain points, and key insights.

6\. Document findings and prepare research reports and summaries.

7\. Work closely with the founder and product team to validate product ideas.

8\. Assist in defining user personas, problem statements, and user journeys.

9\. Support testing of early concepts or ideas with real users.

10\. Maintain clear and structured research documentation using Google Docs or

Notion.
