and making a team skilled in new-age technologies. We are looking for HR

interns who wish to make a career in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate

should be willing to learn IT recruitment from sourcing to joining in-depth

with the intent to make a career in it. The ability to handle and look after

multiple job profiles is a must.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT developers.

2\. Analyze the requirements to understand the resource need and deliver

qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum TAT.

3\. Source, shortlist, and interview candidates based on the requirements.

4\. Maintain candidate/vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of

submittals.

5\. Hire for various IT roles across the board like RPA, Dot NET, Machine

Learning, ServiceNow, and others.

6\. Implement strategies to source quality candidates from various job boards

like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

7\. Negotiate CTC based on the budget allotted, create offer letters and

manage the documentation required for onboarding.

8\. Regularly report on the performance of recruitment to the leadership.
