We are looking for a 'Social Media Marketing Intern' who understands how
faceless social media pages grow on platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Your
primary responsibility will be to find high-potential content ideas that can
be repurposed into short-form and long-form videos and help scale pages
organically. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply active on social
media, understands trends, and knows what type of content performs - even
without showing a face.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1\. Researching high-performing content ideas for Instagram Reels and YouTube
(Shorts and long-form).
2\. Identifying trending topics, formats, hooks, and angles in niches such as
business, money, mindset, and growth.
3\. Studying competitor and viral faceless pages and breaking down why the
content is working.
4\. Sharing daily or weekly content ideas with clear references and examples.
5\. Coordinating with the video editor to ensure content ideas are executed
correctly.
6\. Keeping track of trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates.
7\. Maintaining a simple content research sheet or idea tracker.
