Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in

Goregaon, Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for day-to-

day tasks including assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee

records, coordinating with different departments, and managing HR activities.

The intern will also be responsible for handling employee relations and

contributing to various HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

Knowledge of recruitment processes and employee records management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Previous internship or coursework in Human Resources is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

field.
