Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
HR Intern - Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume
screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
Support onboarding and offboarding activities (documentation, orientation
coordination, exit formalities)
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and files (digital &
physical)
Help in drafting HR communications, emails, policies, and internal
announcements
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and hiring requirements
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and events
Support attendance, leave, and basic payroll data compilation
Ensure HR compliance by organizing statutory documents and records
Conduct HR research on policies, best practices, and market benchmarks
Provide administrative support to the HR team for day-to-day operations
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information at all
times
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
