Roles and Responsibilities:-
\- Resolve queries of Teachers to validate their data as part of our Specimen
programme.
\- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance teachers' satisfaction.
\- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right
methods/tools.
\- Keep records of teacher's interactions, process teacher's accounts, and
file documents.
\- Handle teacher's complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives within the time limits.
Skills Needed:-
\- Fresher candidates are welcome.
\- Solid never give up and positive attitude.
\- Good English communication.
\- Good technical skills (should know how to use Excel, CRM tools, etc).
