Analyst - Founders Office - Internship

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join

the Founders' Office at Rubyworks. This is an exciting opportunity to work

directly with the founders and leadership team on strategic initiatives,

operational planning, market research, and cross-functional projects. The role

offers exposure to high-growth startup dynamics, investor conversations, and

core business functions, with the opportunity to convert the internship into a

full-time role.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Support the founders and executive team in day-to-day operations and high-

priority initiatives.

2\. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business

strategy.

3\. Prepare reports, investor presentations, internal decks, and meeting

notes.

4\. Track key projects and ensure timely delivery of action items across

teams.

5\. Assist in organizing meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination.

6\. Support the onboarding and integration of new finance experts as needed.

7\. Engage in various special projects and initiatives as assigned by the

founder.

8\. Coordinate with the technology partner to track the status of the MVP and

ensure alignment with project goals.

9\. Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance team

productivity.

10\. Handle special projects assigned by the leadership in a fast-paced

startup setting.
