Backend Executive - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Create and manage job postings on various job portals and social media

platforms

2\. Assist team with CV formatting, editing, and optimization

3\. Draft and customize cover letters as per job requirements

4\. Maintain and organize candidate records and documentation

5\. Coordinate with the documentation team for a smooth workflow

6\. Ensure timely updates and follow-ups on assigned tasks

7\. Support in preparing reports or summaries related to

recruitment/documentation activities
