Finance - Internship

As a Finance Intern at Global Hires India, you will work closely with the CFO

and Finance Director, gaining exposure to a broad range of financial functions

and strategic projects.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Support the CFO and Finance Director in day-to-day financial operations

and strategic initiatives.

2\. Assist in M&A Consultancy activities, including:

3\. Buy-side company screening and market research.

4\. Preparation of investment teasers, pitch decks, and due diligence reports.

5\. Support in valuation analysis and financial modeling for potential

acquisitions and investments.

6\. Contribute to FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) activities such as:

a. Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.

b. Cost analysis and performance tracking.

c. Preparation of monthly financial reports and management dashboards.
