Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. HR and Admin processes:

1\. Calling and screening candidates who have applied to job postings

2\. Scheduling interviews with the team lead and coordinating suitable time

slots

3\. Communicating interview results to candidates and completing the hiring

process

4\. Managing other HR processes within the company

5\. Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets to track

work hours

6\. Managing the distribution and tracking of gifting items for employee

occasions

7\. Supporting the core management team with various administrative tasks as

needed

B. Digital Marketing processes :

1\. Work on SEO (search engine optimization), SMM (social media marketing),

SMO (social media optimization), and SEM (search engine marketing)

2\. Work on creating posts for different social media channels

3\. Work on hashtag research, target audience setting, and engaging with the

target audience

4\. Work on maintaining and managing the company's multiple LinkedIn,

Instagram, and Facebook pages

5\. Work on writing engaging content in the finance domain

6\. Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate ideas and

provide valuable insights.

7\. Post content regularly to drive engagement in the form of likes, comments,

shares, views, etc.

8\. Track competitors' posts to understand what works and what doesn't while

gaining greater customer insights

9\. Help organize and maintain company records for efficient administrative

workflow
