Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Client Relationship Management:

  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients.
  • • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business objectives and challenges.
  • B. Needs Assessment & Solution Development:

  • • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client pain points and opportunities.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, technical support) to design and present customized solutions that address client needs.
  • • Demonstrate and articulate the value of our products/services to potential and existing clients.
  • C. Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
  • • Lead the entire sales cycle for new and returning clients, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • • Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
  • D. Problem-Solving & Support:

  • • Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating to internal teams when necessary.
  • • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on product usage and best practices.
  • • Ensure a seamless and positive client experience from onboarding through the entire customer journey.
  • E. * Market & Product Intelligence:

  • • Gather client feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscapes to position our solutions effectively.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

(preferred).
