Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Handle inbound & outbound customer queries (calls, WhatsApp, emails, DMs)
2\. Resolve customer complaints with empathy and timely follow-up
3\. Maintain customer interaction logs in CRM/Excel
4\. Coordinate with the operations & delivery teams to ensure smooth order
fulfillment
5\. Collect customer feedback and escalate recurring issues
6\. Assist in building SOPs for customer delight
